Google and NASA combine for more amazing maps of space.


Google Mars map. Image by Google/NASA NASA and Google are set to make a map of space to let internet users witness things never seen before.

Google has already produced maps of the moon and Mars, with spectacular results. The maps will be produced by combining their own software with NASA imagery.

Google and NASA have signed a Space Act Agreement that will witness the two organisations cooperating to make NASA data accessible to anyone with an internet connection.
